app – Tech Open Air

Welcome to TOA. I’ll be your guide

Introducing the official TOA16 festival app!

The app is like your very own pocket PA made from code and good intentions. You can create your own custom conference and satellites schedule, get notified when your session is approaching with the My Schedule function, and our handy little app will also be invaluable as you navigate the conference programme, Funkhaus, and Berlin when you explore the 175+ Satellite events. During the event, we can keep you guys updated with any and all eventualities sent straight to your smartphone. Word of mouth is so overrated.

Well, what else can I do with this fabulous app?!
  • Follow festival schedule in real‐time
  • Create a personal schedule of conference sessions and satellite events – app alerts in time
  • Sync your Eventbrite registered Satellite events to app
  • Find satellites to attend from 175+ events.
  • Browse speaker profiles
  • Discover startups attending the festival
  • Navigate our venue from maps
  • Use Route me there when you’re heading to satellite events across the city
  • Socialize – follow our social media feeds from one app
  • Get helpful up‐to‐the‐minute notifications directly into your smartphone

Before the event few automatic updates to features of the app and some new sections and functionalities will be added yet.

Tech Open Air Berlin app is built on a mobile platform of tech startup Festivality. The team’s purpose is to bring festivals and events to mobile. Festivality helps event industry to adopt novel and smarter mobile technologies, enable mCommerce & mPayments and actionable analytics via event apps.
