TOAxNight can be accessed by anyone with a TOA ticket, including the Satellite+Expo+TOAxNight Pass. Tickets can be purchased online.

The two days of the TOA18 conference (20-21 June) are held at Funkhaus Berlin. The address is Nalepastraße 18, 12459 Berlin. Satellite events are held all across the city. You can see them all here or download our app (details will be provided via newsletter when released) to see our events on a live map of the city!
You can access the venue with our TOA shuttle bus and by tram, car, bike and taxi. There is a bus shuttle that brings people from S Ostkreutz to Funkhaus and back is free of charge for TOA ticket holders.

Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable. If you decide not to attend and have found someone who is interested to attend the event in your place, it is possible to transfer the ticket to another person as long as the change has been done before 12 pm on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018. Nearly all areas at TOA Conference are accessible via wheelchair. Only the Sound Chamber is not. If you need wheelchair assistance, please ask at the Info Point next to Registration.
Smoking is not allowed indoor in the venue, but is allowed outdoors.
Toilets can be found throughout the venue. Please check where they are on the Venue Map at the festival.
The Cloakroom will be open to the public between 8 am and 2 pm on Wed 20.06. and between 8 am and 8 pm on Thu 21.06.2018.
No, coat and bag checking in our Cloakroom is totally free. There is one cloakroom before the entrance gates at Haus of Tech and one at Funkhaus in the big foyer of building B. The big Cloakroom at the main entrance is also where the Lost & Found is during the festival days.
Unfortunately, there is no ATM on site, but cash can be withdrawn at the Shell service station preceding the Funkaus entrance, as marked in the general map. There is no cashless payment with the RFID chip on your wristband. At all food trucks and bars, you’ll have the possibility to pay by cash or credit card.
Free beer is served from 12 pm on all bars + the Warsteiner Späti in Haus if Tech. Long drinks will be served during TOA Night, i.e. from 6 pm on Wed 20th June.
Thanks to our beverage sponsor’s Red Bull, Warsteiner and Smartwater, all soft drinks, water and beer are free of charge during the conference for all. During TOA Night, drinks will be charged a nominal amount.
Minors are allowed on the Funkhaus grounds ONLY if accompanied by a responsible guardian.
In the case of a lost wristband, please find the Info and Troubleshooting counter where our TOA staff will assist.
We will not provide chords or chargers for your mobile or app. Power sockets can be found in Studio 1, and behind the service counter if needed. Please bring your devices fully charged.

Yes, Wifi is available at the venue. The attendee network is called FIREFOXlovesTOA18 and can be accessed without a password.
Yes, there will be a variety of different local food retailers and startups where you will be able to purchase food. You can purchase meals and snacks at the food trucks and in the on-site restaurants Milchbar and Zola.
Yes, there will be a livestream of all talks happening on the main stage in Studio 1 on our TOA YouTube channel.

Your ticket will be scanned, and you will receive a TOA wristband (Please note: You will only receive one wristband, which you will need to access and move about the venue and satellites for the next 4 days. Please keep it on!)
We work with the best visionaries, businesses, and creatives from across the scene to put together an unparalleled selection of events at a variety of different locations across the city. Almost all of the events are free to attend, but priority will be given to TOA Conference ticket holders. At TOA Satellite Events, participants can learn from thought leaders through talks, as well as create their own products in 3D printing workshops and more.

Satellite events are open to the public. Make sure you register for the event prior and be quick because events fill up fast!
TOA18 ticket holders receive unique promotional codes used to access our hidden stash of satellite event tickets. An email will be sent to you with the promo code within 24 hours of registering, and each code can be used to register once for every Satellite event. A limited number of these tickets are held for each event and may “sell out” just like public tickets.
